Payfair 2.4.0 — Sixt, MyBluebird, and Smoother Cross-Border Comparisons

Payfair 2.4.0 is here
This release adds two new ride apps to the compare list, refreshes the sign-in flow for connecting your services, and tightens up a handful of things you've been asking about: prices in the right local currency when you travel, totals that stay correct in expensive cities, and smoother quotes the moment you start a trip in a new country.
Sixt joins the lineup in 17 countries
Sixt — long known for rentals — now appears alongside your other ride apps. Sign in once with your email (a one-time code arrives in your inbox) and Sixt fares show up on the compare screen in all 17 countries where the service operates. It's especially useful in Germany, France, Switzerland, and Austria, where Sixt is a real alternative to the usual names.
MyBluebird brings Indonesia into the compare
Indonesia's largest taxi operator MyBluebird is now comparable side by side with Grab, Gojek's Gocar, and others in Jakarta, Bali, and every major Indonesian city. Quotes-only for now — booking via Payfair will follow.
Refreshed sign-in for connecting your apps
Connecting a ride app used to open a full-screen page that felt separate from the rest of Payfair. We've moved those flows into bottom-sheet modals that match the visual style of everything else: cleaner, shorter, and easier to dismiss if you change your mind.
Right currency, wherever you are
If you use a ride app headquartered in one country while traveling in another — Sixt in Sweden, for example — its quotes now show in the local currency of the pickup country instead of the app's home currency. Fewer mental conversions between euros and krona when you're just trying to compare.
Accurate totals in high-fare cities
Cities with taxi fares comfortably over 1,000 in local units — Oslo, Reykjavik, and a few others — occasionally showed the wrong totals because of how thousand separators were parsed. Fixed. You'll see the real price now.
Smoother comparisons when you cross borders
The compare screen used to fire a quote request before the pickup country had fully resolved, which sometimes returned empty results or the wrong provider set. Now it waits until your location has a confirmed country code, so the first results you see are the right ones.
Savings figures that stay in sync
Per-trip savings tracking landed in 2.3.0, and this release improves it under the hood: the server is now the source of truth for how much you saved on each ride, so the numbers you see in History stay consistent across devices and survive a reinstall.
A little polish for smaller screens
On shorter phones the saved-places list on the trip form couldn't scroll, so anything past the fourth entry was unreachable. It scrolls now.
Update now
Version 2.4.0 is available on Google Play. Update to get Sixt, MyBluebird, and the polish on your next ride.
